A full renovation is not a pile of trades. It is one job with an order, a priced breakdown and one person answering for all of it.

If the work touches structure, facade or layout, it needs a design and a permit. We tell you at the visit, we handle the paperwork, and the work starts with the approval in hand. The detail is in building design and permit.

What makes a full renovation go wrong
A full renovation goes wrong when every trade works to its own plan, when the quote leaves items open, and when the paperwork turns up halfway through the job.

If the electrician arrives after the tiler, the wall gets opened twice. Someone sets the order of the trades, or the job pays for it.

A quote with items left open ends in surprises. Items are fixed beforehand, from measurements taken at the visit.

Finding out a permit was needed once the work has started stops it dead. We check where you stand before day one.

In a full renovation you usually cannot, because the services and the floors are renewed throughout. We weigh it up with you at the visit, depending on the scope.
It is documented, priced and decided with you before it is carried out. Nothing is charged without your approval.
We do. It depends on what the work touches: changing floors or painting is not the same as moving walls or forming new openings. At the visit we tell you which category applies and we file the application.
