Every job is different. The way it is run is not.

Home renovations, facades, roofs, homeowners associations, commercial premises and asbestos cement removal. Here you can see what kind of work we do, what each job includes and who you talk to while it lasts.

Types of job

Eight types of job, one way of working.

A facade and an entrance hall have nothing in common, except in what usually goes wrong: who decides, who signs and who answers. Go into the one that looks like yours.

The images on this page are reference settings for each type of job, not photographs of our own work. Photos of our own jobs are published when the client authorises us to show their home or their premises.

Before you decide

Two similar quotes can be two different jobs.

The difference is not usually in the price, but in what each one takes for granted.

01
What is in and what is out

A fixed quote says which line items it includes and which are left out. What is not written down gets decided later, and paid for later.

02
Who handles the paperwork

A job may need a technical design, a permit or a prior notification. It is worth knowing from the outset who answers for that.

03
Who you talk to when something changes

Something always changes on a job. What makes the difference is having a person who decides with you and not a switchboard.

From start to finish

Five steps, always in the same order.

It is the same route in a home and in the entrance hall of a block of flats. The job changes, the method does not.

01
Site visit

We look at the property and listen to what you need to resolve.

02
Scope

We put in writing what is in the job and what is left out.

03
Quote

We itemise it, with whatever permit applies.

04
Works

We coordinate the trades and let you know as each phase closes.

05
Handover

We go through the job with you and hand over the final documentation.

Clear responsibility

What you see at the end depends on what was decided at the start.

A well resolved finish is not a matter of luck: it is a clear scope, a material chosen in time and a trade given notice before it arrives.

01
Scope in writing

Before anything is touched you know which line items are in and which are not.

02
One person in charge on site

The same person coordinates the trades and tells you how it is going.

03
Documentation at handover

We hand over whatever applies according to the type of job and the permits.

Every building and every council asks for its own review. That is why the first step is always a visit.

What is worth knowing beforehand.

Every town and every building can change the answer. For a specific case, call us and we will look at it.

Yes. We work in Donostia, Irún and Navarra.

Yes. We draw up the design and handle the permit when the job requires it, and in that case you talk to the same contact throughout the process.

Yes. We also take on jobs for a single room or a specific line item. What does not change is that the scope and the price are closed in writing before we start.
