How we handle your data.

What data we collect when you write to us or call us, what we use it for, who handles it and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

Data controller

  • Owner: DONIVISS 2017, S.L.
  • Tax ID: B75186486
  • Address: Paseo de Arriola n.º 27, 3.º B, 20018 Donostia-San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa)
  • Email: info@doniviss.com
  • Telephone: +34 674 361 683

What data we handle and where it comes from

We only handle the data you give us:

  • Through the quote request form: name and surname, telephone, email, town, type of work and the message you write.
  • When you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email: your contact details and the information you send us.
  • During the visit and while preparing the quote: the address of the property and the data needed to put the proposal together.

The form includes a hidden antispam control field that collects no personal data. We do not use third party verification systems such as reCAPTCHA.

What we use your data for

  • To answer your request for a quote or for information and to get in touch with you to arrange the visit.
  • To prepare, send and follow up the quote and, if you accept it, to manage the contract and the works.
  • To comply with the legal, tax and accounting obligations that apply.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. We make no automated decisions and we do not build profiles.

Legal basis for processing

  • Your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box on the form or by contacting us (article 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, performing that contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (article 6.1.c GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Who has access to your data

We do not pass your data on to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use suppliers who act as data processors and who only access the data in order to provide us with their service:

  • Hostinger International Ltd., provider of the website hosting and of the email service used to send and receive the form messages, with servers in the European Union.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, the processing of your data by that service is governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), which may involve international transfers covered by its own safeguards. It is a channel you choose yourself.

This site does not currently use third party analytics or advertising tools. If any are added in the future, it will be stated in this policy and in the cookie policy, and switching them on will be subject to your consent.

How long we keep your data

  • Form submissions are not stored on the website: they are sent by email to the company’s inbox. The sending system keeps a technical log of the date and recipient of each submission for 90 days, without the content of the message.
  • Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract is kept for as long as the conversation about the quote lasts and, at most, for one year from the last contact.
  • Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the limitation periods of the legal, tax and works liability obligations.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and also withdraw your consent, by writing to info@doniviss.com or by post to the controller’s address, stating which right you are exercising and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the email accounts is restricted to the people who handle enquiries.

Minors

The services on this site are aimed at adults. If you become aware that a minor has given us data without authorisation, write to us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or new services on the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
